OUR HISTORY
Gulam Hla Tin was born in Yangon but spent many years traveling the world as a seaman. When he decided to settle in Yangon after his long stint abroad. he bought two properties on Bogalazay street to house his large family. After he met Emilie, the founder of Doh Eain, one of his two flats became the first renovated property in 2015. He uses the extra income to pay for his mom’s medical fees and send his kids to school.

-During the stays , on request maintenance and issues can be reported by tenants during working hours ( 9am-5pm)on the weekdays , tenants can reach out to emergency team after working hours and on the weekends
– Tenants need to be reported to ward office and immigration for the form C according to the requirements of government
Botahtaung township is the eastern most part of downtown Yangon and a vibrant neighborhood that is named after its riverside pagoda.
